Confirmation of Payee (CoP) Requests

Yavrio Ltd participates in the Confirmation of Payee (CoP) service to help ensure payments are made to the correct recipient. As part of this service:

  1. Use of Customer Information – When a payment is initiated, we may process and share certain details (such as your name and account information) with the payee's or payer's bank to verify account details. This process does not require your explicit consent.
  1. Purpose and Legal Basis – We rely on our legitimate interests and regulatory obligations to process CoP requests, ensuring secure and accurate payments while preventing fraud.
  1. Updates to Terms and Notices – We may update our privacy notice and terms from time to time to reflect changes in how CoP Requests are handled.

Yapily

Yavrio uses Yapily to facilitate certain financial services in the UK and EU, including connecting with bank accounts and providing account information and payment initiation services. By using our services, you authorize us to share your financial data with Yapily in order to enable the requested services.

Yapily may collect, store, and process your financial data, such as account details, transaction history, and balances, to provide the necessary services. In the US:

Yavrio works with service providers to enable its services.  

  1. Plaid: We use Plaid to collect financial information, such as linking your bank account and accessing transaction history. By using our services, you consent to Plaid’s collection of your data, which is governed by their privacy policy https://plaid.com/legal/#consumers .

  1. Corporate Treasury APIs: We utilize Corporate Treasury APIs to manage and analyze your financial data. These APIs are used to support services.  
  1. Priority Technology Holdings, Inc.: We use third-party service providers, such as Priority Technology Holdings, Inc and its subsidiary Finxera, Inc. in conjunction with Sila Money, to process certain payment transactions in a secure and compliant manner.
